For the security deposit, you should be reimbursed within 7-14 days after check-out depending on your bank processing time, and subject to an inspection of the property.
NOTE: the security deposit is held and then re-authenticated every 7 days and it will be released 3 days after check out. To avoid this you can send the £150 security deposit through bank transfer. However, the refund will be processed 7 days after the check out date.
We operate a self-check-in. The key should be collected from the store (key collection details will be visible on the guest portal)

***No loud disturbances, andor noise-nuisance are allowed or tolerated on these premises. In the event of a disturbance, one polite request (warning) will be given to reduce the noise. If our request is not followed, the guest will be asked to leave the unit without a refund.
***No additional guests on the property except for those declared on your reservation. Only registered guests are allowed in the unit. No visitors of any kind.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
