Granada Apartments Berkeley - Blackpool

On Queen’s Promenade on Blackpool’s North Shore, Granada Apartments Berkeley offers a range of contemporary serviced apartments, with a sun terrace to the front and walled patio area to the rear.

Each apartment has a sea view, an open plan lounge with leather sofas, and a 40-inch TV. The bathroom has a bath or shower, with towels and complimentary toiletries provided.

Were happy to welcome dogs by arrangement, in 5 of our 13 apartments, located on the ground and first floors.

A welcome pack with tea, coffee and sugar is provided on arrival. The kitchen has an oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher and a breakfast bar, withcrockery, cutlery and utensils supplied.

The building has a laundry room and each apartment has a designated parking space.are serviced weekly, with daily service available on request.

Granada Apartments Berkeley is a 5-minute drive from Blackpool North Train Station, and just 4 minutes from the Blackpool Tower.

The hotel day starts from hour 15:00 and ends at 10:00.

Guests are required to clean the accommodation prior to departure. If the housekeeping team has to spend excessive time on additional cleaning, a supplement may be charged.

Pets are welcome by arrangement, but only on the ground and first floors. Please telephone before booking to discuss.

One-Bedroom Apartment - #002. Located on the ground floor, this one-bedroom apartment offers twin beds, an open plan loungekitchendiner, and a shower room with south facing sea views. This apartment can accommodate one dog. ;
Deluxe Suite - #301. Located on the third floor, this apartment offers a lounge with TV, and a fitted kitchendiner with a Juliet balcony and seafront view. The apartment has three bedrooms, a triple, a double and twin,with TVs, as well as one shower room and one bathroom. Pets are not allowed in this apartment. Flight of stairs to flat 301 - 48 steps ;
Superior Suite - #303. This apartment, located on the third floor has an open-plan lounge, a well-appointed kitchen with a dishwasher and 2 French balconies. It also features a leather sofa, a large flat-screen TV, a bedroom and a private bathroom with a shower over bath. It enjoys south facing sea views. Pets are not allowed in this apartment. Apartment with Sea View - #201. This apartment located on the second floor has an open plan loungekitchen with a bay window sea view, leather sofa, and TV . Fully fitted kitchen has oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridgefreezer, dishwasher and a breakfast bar for dining.crockery, cutlery and utensils supplied and a welcome pack with teacoffeesugar and fresh milk is supplied. A tea towel, a dishcloth, washing up liquid, and dishwasher tablets are provided as standard. One bedroom has a king-size bed with dressing unit, wardrobe, 40-inch TV and front-facing sea views. The second bedroom has a single bed with a wardrobe, TV and front-facing sea views. There is a shower room with quadrant shower, wash basin, shaver point, toilet and complimentary handwash and shower gel. Bedding and towels are provided. Daily servicing available on request.
