EPIC Apartments Duke Street - Liverpool

The luxury EPIC Apartments Duke Street is a refurbished Victorian building in Liverpool city centre.

Each of the stylish apartments and rooms have free Wi-Fi, air conditioning and a flat-screen TV. Apartments come with a dishwasher, fridgefreezer, microwave and hob. The Superior Double Room are more traditional hotel size and style rooms.

EPIC Apartments Duke Street is around 10 minutes walk from Liverpool Central Rail Station and Liverpool Lime Street Rail Station. The Liverpool Echo Arena, BT Convention Centre and Exhibition Centre are just 8 minutes walk from the property. The shops of Liverpool ONE are within a 2-minute walk.

The propertys central location means that theatres, museums and Liverpool ‘s 2 cathedrals are also in close proximity. The football grounds of both Liverpool and Everton football clubs are just a 15-minute taxi ride away.

The hotel day starts from hour 15:00 and ends at 11:00.

We operate from a self check in model - you will be required to fill in a direct self check in form (Charge Automation) which you will receive the link to via your Booking.com messaging platform after making your reservation. You will be required to complete this form, uploading ID for the lead booker and payment method for any remaining balances security deposits which will be taken via the protected link 1 day prior to arrival (subject to the terms and conditions of your booking - please note this could be taken earlier)

Payment: Payment should be made in GBP by credit or debit card. Cheques and bank transfers willbe accepted.

Proof of Age: The lead guest must be at least 21 years of age as per the terms and conditions accepted at the time of booking. Proof of identification and date of birth is required via the self check in link and ifactioned, Epic Apart Hotel reserves the right to cancel the booking and retain any owed funds as per the cancellation policy.

Check In: We operate a full self-check in process. On the day of arrival, you will be contacted via whats app text message to the number provided on Booking.com from 3PM. The EPIC Team will send your access codes for the building and the lockbox (which will have your fob inside). Please note these will only be sent if you have fully completed your self check in form (Charge Automation).Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note thatSpecial Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
