Cheques and bank transfers will not be accepted. Proof of Age: The lead guest must be at least 21 years of age as per the terms and conditions accepted at the time of booking. Proof of identification and date of birth is required via the self check in link and if not actioned, Epic Apart Hotel reserves the right to cancel the booking and retain any owed funds as per the cancellation policy. Check In: We operate a full self-check in process. On the day of arrival, you will be contacted via whats app text message to the number provided on Booking.com from 3PM. The EPIC Team will send your access codes for the building and the lockbox (which will have your fob inside). Please note these will only be sent if you have fully completed your self check in form (Charge Automation).This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
